«Մինչ այսօր ՀՀ֊ում ծնողները իրենց մեռելածին երեխայի մարմինը ստանալու իրավունք չունեն։ Ծննդատներում մեռելածին երեխա ծննդաբերելուց հետո, ծնողներին թույլ չեն տալիս հրաժեշտ տան իրենց երեխային։ Ծնողները իրավունք չունեն հուղարկավորել իրենց մեռելածին զավակին։ Մեռելածին երեխայի ծնունդը գրանցելու իրավունքը տրված է ոչ թե ծնողներին այլ միայն ծննդատան աշխատակցին։»
