«բանկերը արտակարգ դրության հայտարարման սկզբում ամպագոռգոռ խոստումներ տվեցին, թե վարկային արձակուրդներ են տալու հաճախորդներին, բայց իրականում գործում են հետեւյալ կերպ. հաճախորդներին առաջարկում են ստորագրել նոր պայմանագիր, որով հաճախորդը պարտավորվում է ,1-2 ամիս վարկը չմուծելու դեպքում, վճարել այն մյուս ամիսների հետ՝ 2 ամսվա պարտքը վերաբաշխելով մյուս ամիսների վրա։»
