Առաջարկում եմ ջրել ֆիզիկական անձանց բոլոր տեսակի գույքահարկերը և տուգանքները՝( կարմիր գիծ ու տեսախցիկ)։ Մեկա ոչ ոք չի էլ կարանալու մուծի, իսկ դրանք պետության համար ընդհամենը թղթի վրա գրված փողեր են։
