Հարգելի պարոն Փաշինյան, ես 31 տարեկան եմ, 2 -րդ կարգի հաշմանդամ և ստանում եմ 30100 դրամ թոշակ, իսկ իմ բուժումը ամեն ամիս հասնում է 200000 դրամի։Ե՞րբ են քաղցկեղով հիվանդները ստանալու անվճար բուժում և դեղամիջոցներ։Ինչպես նաև դիմել եմ կուտակային կենսաթոշակի վերադարձման համար ըստ օրենքի, բայց մերժել են` պատճառաբանելով, որ մահամերձ չեմ։
