Վերացնել միլիոնավոր դոլարրների հասնող պարգևավճարները և այդ գումարները ուղղել անապահով ընտանիքների և ծայրահեղ աղքատների ֆոնդին,աղքատությունը 10% կպակասի, իսկ ով պարգևավճար է ստանում, որպեսզի կաշառք չվերցնի իրա արյան մեջ կա արդեն կաշառք վերցնելը իրանով ուղակի ԱԱԾ կզբաղվի
