Պարոն Փաշինյան ինչու՞ պետք է վարսահարդարները, մատնահարդարները, ավտոմեքենաների վերանորոգմամբ և այլ մասնագիտական գործունեությամբ զբաղված մարդիկ համարվեն միկրոբիզնես և չվճարեն հարկեր, իսկ ուսուցիչները, բժիշկները և մյուսները վճարեն 23% եկամտային հարկ։ Իմ նշած ոլորտներում մարդիկ կան, որ կարող են աշխատել ամսական 1-2 մլն ՀՀ դրամ և չհարկվել։ Ստացվում է անհավասար իրավիճակ։
