«ինչու են անտեսված մնում շատերիս երեխաները ,մեր իսկ պետության կողմից , և ի վերջո երբ եք մտածելու մյուս երեխաների մասին ,ովքեր նշած տարեթվերի ծնվածներ չեն, և գյուղաբնակ մայրեր չեն ,կան շատ ընտանիքներ ովքեր բազմազավակ են և չեն օգտվում ոչ մի ծրագրերից ,քանի որ չեն համապատասխանում !!!երբ է լինելու ծրագիր ,երբ բոլորը մայրերին կհասնի օգնություն ,և բոլոր երեխաներին ,անկախ բնակության վայրից, և տարեթվից!»
