«Գյումրիում դատավոր, այժմ արդեն դատարանի նախագահ, Գոռ Վահեի Հարությունյանը քաղաքացիական գործ ՇԴ /2322 /02/20 վճիռը մեր տրամադրած 160-ից ավել ապացույցները ընդդեմ 0 ապացույցի, վճիռը մերժեց ։2 տարի տևած դատական նիստերը անհիմն հետաձգում էր, հեռուստաընկերություններին թուլ չէր տալիս նկարահանել, լուսաբանել դատական նիստը, որովհետեւ երևի արդեն կաշառված էր։»
