Բարև Ձեզ հարգելի վարչապետ։ Մեր քաղաքաքացիների գրեթե 50%-ը արտագնա աշխատանքով են իրենց ընտանիքները պահում։ Շատ մարդիկ գիտեմ, որ տանից ունեն 2 արտագնա աշխատող և ոչ մի գրանցված աշխատանք։ Այսինքն եկամտի ոչ մի մուտք։ Այս և նմանատիպ մարդկանց ինչպիսի ՞ աջակցություն է հասնելու, կամ արդյո՞ք հասնելու է։
