Պարոն վարչապետ, իշխանությունից որևէ մեկը կարո՞ղ է երաշխավորել, որ տեղորոշման ու զանգերի ֆիքսման օրենքից չեն օգտվի հենց իրավապահ համակարգի, օրինակ՝ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները։ Դուք անձամբ 1 ամիս առաջ հայտարարեցիք, որ դավաճաններ են եղել իրավապահ մարմիններում։ Վստա՞հ եք, որ այդ դավաճանները կամ նրանց ,,թիմակիցները,, չեն օգտվի այս օրենքից՝ օգտագործելով այն ընդդեմ քաղաքացիների։ Շնորհակալություն
