«գյուղաբնակ մարդիկ որոնք մեքենա չունեն ու գյուղում խանութ չկա ինչ անեն ես ունեմ փոքր երեխա նրան պետք է արաջին անհրաժեշտության իրեր ոնց գնամ քաղաք .. իմ խնդրանքն է գյուղերում գոնե երկու անգամ գազելներ աշխատեն ես Շիրակի մարզի գյուղաբնակ եմ տաքսիներին էլ հնարավոր չէ էդքան գումար տալ ես դժվար պայմաներում»
