«մեզ կանգնեցնում են Դիլիջանի պոստում, 2 ժամ սպասեցնում են,պարզաբանելով որ մեքենայում 3 անձ կա, և ասելով որ նույն օրը ժամը 16-ին ընդունվել է որոշում .որ մեքենայում 3 անձ չպետք է լինի, իսկ մենք այդ ժամանակ եղել ենք աշխատանքի վայրում և տեղեկացված չենք եղել, անցել է ընդամենը 2 ժամ: առանց մեզ տեղեկացնելու նման որոշման մասին,2 ժամ սպասեցնելուց հետո վարչական ակտ գրեցին»
