Բարև Ձեզ, պարոն Փաշինյան,ես մի հարց ունեմ ,հույս ունեմ որ կկարդաք,ես 2 բալիկ ունեմ անչափահաս,գտնվում եմ չվճարվող խնամքի արձակուրդում,քանի որ երեխայիս 2 տարին փետրվարին է լրացել,մենք որևէ տեսակի նպաստ չենք ստանում,ամուսինս չունի գրանցված աշխատանք,փաստացի մենք ոչ մի փաթեթից չենք կարող օգտվել?
