«մեր դատարանների կայացրած որոշումները, որոնք կարելի է ասել խեղկատակություն է, ուղղակի թուղթ մրոտել, ու ցավոք սրտի ճակատագրական՝ ոչ բոլորը հնարավորություն ունեն մեր բոլոր ատյանների վճիռները բողոքարկել եվրոդատարաններում և արդյունքի հասնել, շատերը նույնիսկ դատապաշպան վարձել չեն ցանկանում, որովհետև գիտեն որ անօգուտ ու անիմաստ ծախսեր են… Ի՞նչ է անելու մեր պետությունը դատավորներին կարգի հրավիրելու, կողմնակալ, անարդար… որոշումները բացառելու համար:»
