«Պարոն Փաշինյան համալսարանները միայն խոսում են ժամանակին վարձը վճարելու մասին, իսկ ո՞վ է խոսելու ուսման որակի մասին։ Ես աստված գիտի թե ինչ դժվարությամբ վճարել եմ այս կիսամյակի վարձը, որ հանկարծ ուշացում չունենանք։ Բայց այս օրերին կարելի է ասել՝ համարյա կրթություն չեն ստանում։ Զանգահարում են ընդամենը 2 դասախոս, լավագույն դեպքում՝ 3։ Այսինքն ստացվում է, որ վճարել ենք մի բանի համար, որը լիարժեք չենք ստանում։ Հնարավոր չէ՞ արդյոք այս չսովորած ամիսների վարձը չվճարել, իսկ ով արդեն վճարել է փոխանցել հաջորդ տարվա առաջին ամիսների վարձին։»
