«ասում էիք փոքր բիզնեսներին օգնում եք , բա ինչու իրականում չեք օգնում , կամ չեք ասում որ էտ փոքր բիզնեսը պետքա տարեկան 25 միլիոնի աբառոտ ունենա, հիմա իմս 24 ա 25 ի փոխարեն , ուրեմն իմս փոքր բիզնես չի՞ ։ այ քեզ խայտառակություն էլի ․ խելամիտ բան առաջարկեք, հերիք ամեն տեղից ամեն ինչ կտրեք, չի կարելի սենց ժողովրդի հետ, էս ժողովուրդնա ձեզ ընտրել մի մոռացեք, որոնցից մեկը իմ ընտանիքնա, բայց այսօր ընտանիքս և ապրելուս միակ աղբյուրը կտրում եք ինչա 25 չի այլ 24 ա , ու էս փոքր բիզնեսը պահումա էլի ընտանիքներ , քանի որ ունենք աշխատողներ որոնք էլ են ընտանիք պահում ․․․․․․․․ չի կարելի սենց պն․ Փաշինյան , մի բան մտացեք, ուղղեք այդ օրենքը սենց չի լինի ։»
