«երեխաների ապօրինի վաճառքի, որդեգրումների հետ կապված պետությունը ինչպես կարող է օգնել գտնել այդ երեխաներին, այդ թվում և իմ եղբորը։ Միգուցե Հայաստանը կոչով դիմի բոլոր երկրներին, ցուցակը հրապարակելով, և միգուցե գտնվեն բարեխիղճ որդեգրողներ, ովքեր կօգնեն ծանոթացնելու տարիներով իրարից հեռու գտնված քույրերին, եղբայրներին,և ծնողներին իրենց զավակների հետ»
