Պարո՛ն Փաշինյան,բարև ձեզ։Ինչպես ապրի և գոյատևի այն ընտանիքը, որն ունի երկու երեխա ՝3 և 2 տարեկան փոքրիկներ , ամուսինն էլ իր օրվա հացը լավից֊վատից վաստակում էր։Ասեմ որ,երկրորդ երեխայի 2 տարին լրանում է ապրիլի 6 ֊ին և նրանք այլևս մանկական նպաստն էլ չեն ստանալու։Խնդրում եմ այս խնդրին տալ դրական լուծում։Որ ծրագրին կարող են դիմել։Կանխավ շնորհակալություն։
