Պարոն Փաշինյան հունիսի սկզբին կծնվի իմ երրորդ աղջիկը, ցանկանում եմ հասկանալ ինչո՞ւ ես չեմ կարող ստանալ գյուղաբնակ մայրիկներին տրվող 26,500 դրը, իսկ ընդամենը մի քանի օր անց ծնվող բալիկի մայրիկը կարող է ստանալ։ Տարին սկսվում է հունվար ամսից, միթե՞ ճիշտ չէր լինի, որ օրենքը գործեր 2020թվականի հունվարի 1ից կամ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 1ից, միայն ոչ հուլիսի 1ից։ Շնորհակալ եմ
