«Ես խնդրում եմ վերանայել ՀՀ— ում փոքր և միջին բիզնեսին վերաբերվող բոլոր կետերը՝ սկսած նախնական հարկերից վերջացրած պետական աջակցությամբ։ Կարդում ենք օրենքներն ՝ տպավորություն է , որ ամեն բան արված է և պետք է որ խնդիրներ չլինեն, բայց հետո միանգամից որևէ փոքրիկ նյուանսի պատճառով տույժեր և այլն ։ Այսինքն մեր երկրում նորաստեղծ բիզնեսը նախ հայտնվում է խոր փոսի մեջ , հետո Աստված գիտի ինչ կլինի։ Առաջարկում եմ նոր ստեղծված փոքր և միջին բիզնեսը նախնական գոնե 6 ամիսը զերծ մնա տույժերից , պետության աջակցությունն առաջին մի քանի ամիսը լինի անտոկոս։»
