«Ձեզ եմ դիմում պետական գնումների օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու հարցով։ Մասնավորապես ես ունեմ վերցրած վարկ։ Վարկի գումարը ներդրել եմ սարքավորումների գնման համար։ Այս պահին երբ ես ուզում եմ մասնակցել պետական գնումներին, բանկը հրաժարվում է ինձ տրամադրել բանկային երաշխիկ այն պատճառով ,որ ես ունեմ վարկ։ Այսպիսի խնդիրներին հանդիպել են շատ ընկերություններ։ Խնդրում եմ ձեզ փոփոխություններ կատարել գնումների մասին օրենքում, որովհետև այս օրենքը նպաստում է , որ մրցույթներում կարողանան մասնակցել միայն մեծ գումարներ ունեցող ընկերություններ։»
