Շատ ընտանիքներ վերջին մի քանի տարում զրկվել են վերջին կացարանից։Կան նաև դեպքեր որ ոչ օրինական ճանապարհով են առգրավել տունը կամ այլ նշանակության անշարժ գույքը որը տվյալ ընտանիքի « հացն» է եղել։ Բանկերը հնարավորություն չեն տալիս վճարունակ քաղաքացիներին (որոնք ինչ որ ժամանակահատված չեն կարողացել պարտաճանաչ վճարեն վարկը, բայց հետո կարողացել են) վերսկսել վարկային պատմությունը վերջին կացարանը գոնե պահպանելու համար։
