«երկրորդ և երրորդ միջոցառումները վերաբերվում է փոքր և միջին բիզնեսին աջակցելու համար,բայց նշվում է շեմ, որ 2019թ. եկամուտները պեք է գերազանցեն 24մլն ,բայց ցանկանում եմ ուշադրություն դարցնեք այն փաստին որ կան նաև այլ անհատ ձեռներեցներ որ չեն գերազանցել այդ շեմը և ունեն ֆինանսական մեծ խնդիրներ և չեն կաիոխ վճարել աշխատավարձ,կոմունալ վճարներ և հարկային պարտավորություները կատարեն։ Խնդրում եմ վերանայել այդ շեմը որ կարողանան այդ ծրագրից օգտվել բոլոր իրավաբանական անձիք։»
