Պարոն Փաշինյան, ինչքանո՞վ է արդար, որ համալսարանում 4-րդ կուրսի ուսանողները վճարեն մի ամբողջ կիսամյակի վարձ ( դիցուք 300.000 դրամ) այն պարագայում, երբ նրանց դասերն ավարտվել էին ու պետք է անցնեին իրենց պրակտիկան, որը ընդհատվեց, ու հիմա ո’չ դաս են անում, ո’չ պրակտիկա, նրանցից շատերի ծնողներն էլ օրավարձով աշխատողներ էին։
