«խոսքս այն խավի մասին է ում ընտանիքում ենթադրենք կա 5 անձ ու այդ ընտանիքում ոչ կա երեխա և ոչ ել գրանցված աշխատող,ըստ այդմ նրանք չեն կարող օգտվել ոչ մի սոցիալական ծրագրերից :Խնդրում եմ որպեսս ՀՀ քաղաքացի սոցիալական օգնությունների հարցը քննարկումով որոշեք և ընդունեք թեկուզ 10.000 ՀՀ դրամ լինի բայց առանց բացառությունների»
