«ինչպես եք պատկերացնում բանկերում մարդկանց վարկերի մարման հարցի լուծումը,երբ 90% բանկերում վարկի մարման սառեցումը բացատրում են այնպես,որ կարող ենք 2 ամիս չվճարել,բայց 2 ամիս հետո պետք է միանգամից 3 ամսվա գումարը վճարենք...ամբողջ ամիս տանը առանց աշխատանք նստելուց հետո մեր ժողովրդի քանի %-ը կկարողանա 3 ամսվա գումար միանգամից վճարել???»
