Tatev Torter այ օրինակ մենք։ամուսինս առողջական լուրջ խնդիր ունի,և ապրիլի 1 ից չգնաց աշխատանքի ։որպես խոցելի խումբ։ու իրեն կարգ չեն տվել։չենք օգտվում որևէ նպաստից և ունենք երեք անչափահաս տղա երեխա։Երրորդն էլ 3 ամսական է։նույնիսկ։ մինչև 2 տարեկանի խնամքի նպաստ չի ստացվում։իսկ մարդիկ կան ամեն տեղից ամեն ինչից օգտվում են։
