Third, citizens are raising serious allegations of local-level judicial corruption, wrongful detentions, and politically motivated prosecutions. Addressing these issues requires immediate coordination with the Ministry of Justice on extradition safeguards, accelerated implementation of illicit asset recovery laws, and targeted internal reviews of disputed local detentions.
