Finally, delayed irrigation water delivery and unfinished reservoir projects (like Yeghvard) are undermining agricultural productivity at a time when the government is actively promoting farming. Immediate interagency coordination with the Ministry of Health and the PSRC is required to address these urgent transport and utility crises.
